Poem: Happy Harmony

Come now, my friend,
Listen with me:
Do you hear that song
In the sway of the tree?
Do you feel that joy
In the bird’s sweet song?
Do you see eternity
In fields wide and long?
Do you taste Heaven
In warming sun rays?
Do you feel excitement
On unfolding pathways?
Come now with me,
These blessings let us savor;
They are priceless gifts,
Signs of God’s favor.
Let us sing to Him
A song heartfelt and sweet,
For His love is in all
Whom we see and meet.
Let us dance with delight
In fields wide and long;
Let us harmonize happily
With the bird’s song.
Yes, come now, my friend,
Celebrate with me:
Forever we are Jesus’,
Yes, for all eternity!
