Grace upon grace,
Lord, You lavish upon me;
Grace upon grace,
All I feel, hear and see.

Like dew drops kissing
The early morning ground,
So too I feel Your graces
Shower all around.

You don me with courage,
You embrace me with love,
You fill me with joy,
You prepare treasures above.

You cloak me with truth,
You show all that is right,
You carry me in storms,
You protect in the night.

You kiss my forehead,
You remind me tenderly
I am Yours forever,
Yea, for all eternity.

You prepare a wedding feast,
You long for us to unite;
You anoint me with Your Spirit,
You robe me in linens white.

Not by my own doing,
Not by works of my hand –
It is by Your precious blood
I shall see the Promised Land.

Your glorious grace, my Jesus,
Ever amazes my heart,
You shed all Your blood for me
That we would never part.

I look upon Your Cross,
I behold the bloody tree,
For therein I see Your grace:
My Lord, You died for me.

Surely no grace is richer
Than the grace I know in You;
Surely no love is deeper
Than love shown by all You do.

I shall sing of You, my Jesus,
I shall proclaim Your grace:
Your blood You poured for all,
Yea, for all the human race.

I speak of You with courage,
I embrace You with love,
I serve You with joy,
My heart is with You above.

Like dew drops kissing
The early morning ground,
So too I feel Your graces
Shower all around.

Grace upon grace,
Lord, You lavish upon me;
I give You all my life then,
Jesus, take all of me.

    Caroline,

    What a beautiful poem. I am definitely grateful for God’s grace! I’m trying to keep my perspective on what I have rather than what I don’t have. It doesn’t take long to feel better about my life!

    Have a Victorious Day!
