“Rejoice always…” 1 Thessalonians 5:16

I sing to You,

Forever joyful is my song,

For with You, my Jesus,

I forever belong.

 ~*~

I am Yours,

Indeed You are mine,

How sweet this union,

This connection divine.

 ~*~

Not by my own doing,

But by Your sweet mercy,

I shall be with You, Lord,

For all eternity.

 ~*~

My heart then sings

Sweet songs of praise;

My soul delights in symphony

All of my days.

 ~*~

Jesus, O Jesus,

Giver of life and love,

My song I lift to You,

To Heaven above.

 ~*~

May my song

Your precious ears delight;

For You are my Sun

Shining day and night.

 ~*~

Of You then

How can I not sing?

May my lyrics crown You,

For You are my King.

 ~*~

Glory to You today,

Tomorrow and forevermore;

In and through all things

Your reign shall endure.

~*~

When I see You, Beloved,

One day face to face,

I shall continue to sing

As I feel Your embrace.

 ~*~

You are the Reason

For all I am, all I will be,

So I shall adore You

For all eternity.

 ~*~

I am Yours,

Indeed You are mine,

My soul sings of Your love,

Of our connection divine.

 ~*~

Yea, I sing to You,

Forever joyful is my song,

For with You, my Jesus,

I forever belong.

 ~*~
