Your Will Be Done

Your will be done,

One with Yours may mine be;

Your will be done, Lord,

Now and for all eternity.

 

Your will be done, Lord,

In all I do and say;

Your will be done

Every moment, every day.

 

Your will be done

When the sun shines bright;

Your will be done

In the dark of night.

 

Your will be done

On the towering mountain;

Your will be done

In the flowing fountain.

 

Your will be done,

Lord Jesus, in all these;

I pray Your precious heart

I forever please.

 

Grant that my life

With Your will does align;

May my path be one

With Your way divine.

 

Should You see me

Wander from Your way,

Call me back

With gentle words You say.

 

I long to be, Lord Jesus,

Always by Your side;

Reign in my heart,

In Yours I shall abide.

 

Your will be done,

This is my one desire.

Your will, Your love:

This is my heart’s fire.

 

Today, tomorrow,

Now and forevermore,

I am the vessel of Your will,

For it is You I adore.
